What does the brief mean by "350-seat amphitheater"?

a.1) single-sided or double-sided
a.2) indoor or outdoor?
b) Should it have fixed seatings?
c) how about replacing it for 350-seat indoor auditorium? It's very cold except for the summer (when it rains the most) and it doesn't pay to be outside.
In the "Competition Brief" in the evaluation criteria section, its is mentioned that one of the jury's evaluation is "the pertinence of the theoretical question raised by the proposal".

b)are these "theoretical questions" some ideas in the participants mind that is going to be answered through the design?
In one part it is mentioned that the additional building should continues the history and takes inspiration from the the same line of the previous thought, while in another part it is mentioned that this addition may serve as a point of departure for a contemporary intervention.

Is the intervention allowed to affect the existing seminary buildings in terms of either re-programming/re-organizing, altering portions of the existing building or attaching to portions of the existing buildings. Or should the addition not affect the existing historic architecture and instead be a separate entity?

Also i'd like to ask, as the place is considered world heritage by UNESCO, do we have to aplly to certain regulations according documentation, and if we do, can you provide us with the documents needed.
